Robert A. Katz
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Rob is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vail Resorts. He has served as Chairman since March 2009. Previously, he served as Lead Director from June 2003 until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in February 2006. Rob has served on the board of directors of Vail Resorts since 1996 and has been involved with the Company since 1991. Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer, he was associated with Apollo Management LLP, a private equity investment firm, since its founding in 1990. Rob currently serves on the Wharton Leadership Advisory Board and has previously served on numerous private, public and nonprofit boards. Pat was appointed President of Vail Resorts’ Mountain Division in August 2015 and currently oversees operations at the Company’s 37 world-class resorts and urban ski areas across 15 states and three countries. Previously, Pat was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Breckenridge Ski Resort, a role she began in 2009. Prior to that, Pat was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Resort for three years. Pat joined the Company in July 1999 as the Director of Ski School at Breckenridge. She has more than 30 years of expertise in the ski industry and senior management, holding various roles from her start as a ski school instructor at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in 1985. Pat currently serves as a member of the board of the National Ski Areas Association.

Michael was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2013. He joined the Company in July 2012 as Vice President of Strategy and Development. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Michael was a Principal at KRG Capital Partners, where he was a member of the investment team since 2006. Prior to KRG, he worked at Bain Capital Partners and Bain & Company. Lynanne was named Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2017. Previous to joining Vail Resorts, Lynanne served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Michigan-based Whirlpool Corporation and she held various other executive positions within the company including Vice President of Global Talent Development & HR Asia and Human Resources Vice President (North America Region) since she joined in 2010. From 1989-2009, she served in a number of leadership roles at Ohio-based Procter & Gamble Company, including Human Resources Director of Global Home Care. Lynanne has served on the board of directors for both the United Way and Habitat for Humanity in Southwest Michigan.

James C. O'Donnell
Executive Vice President Hospitality, Retail & Real Estate
James was appointed Executive Vice President - Hospitality, Retail & Real Estate in December 2016, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Lodging and Real Estate, Chief Operating Officer of Vail Resorts Hospitality and as the Hospitality division's Chief Financial Officer. He has held numerous positions in the Company since he joined in 2002, including Corporate Director of Finance, Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Strategic Development. Prior to 2002, James specialized in the hospitality and real estate industries as an Assurance and Business Advisory Services Manager at Arthur Andersen.

David T. Shapiro
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
David joined Vail Resorts as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in July 2015. Prior to joining the Company, David served as General Counsel for DaVita Kidney Care, a division of DaVita Inc., and previously served as the company's Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Special Counsel. Before joining DaVita in 2008, David practiced law with firms in Connecticut, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., and he also served as a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice. David currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the board of trustees for Colorado Academy. He has previously served on other private and nonprofit boards, including the Children's Hospital Colorado and the Denver Public School Foundation.

Tim was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in October 2018, having previously served as Vice President of Information Technology and Guest Experience. He has held numerous positions with the company since he joined in 2002, including IT Senior Director for the Mountain Division and IT Director of Enterprise Applications. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Tim specialized on large scale PeopleSoft implementations for Government and Education clients as an IT Consultant at Accenture.

Senior Vice President, Mountain Division
Bill was appointed Senior Vice President of the Rocky Mountain Division in September 2019 with oversight responsibility for Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Crested Butte in Colorado as well as Park City Mountain in Utah. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Park City Mountain, a role he began in October 2014. After joining Vail Resorts as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Northstar California in 2010, he later added oversight of Heavenly and Kirkwood before his move to Park City. Bill started his career in the mountain resort industry in 1996 at Bristol Mountain in New York as Director of Marketing and quickly progressed in the industry holding several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Purgatory and Snowshoe Mountain. He currently serves on the board of the National Ski Areas Association and has been active on numerous community boards throughout his career.

Pete was appointed Senior Vice President, Mountain Division in September 2019 with oversight responsibility for Whistler Blackcomb and Stevens Pass as well as the Company’s three resorts in Lake Tahoe and three resorts in Australia. A life-long skier, Pete has held many key leadership positions across Vail Resorts, including at Beaver Creek, Vail and Keystone. Most recently, Pete served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Whistler Blackcomb since 2017 and before that was Chief Operating Officer of Heavenly in Tahoe with additional oversight of Northstar and Kirkwood. Pete began his ski career in 1984 as an instructor for the Beaver Creek Ski and Snowboard School.
